Our Clinical Team provides comprehensive physician, nurse and technical training and instruction to clinical teams nationwide.Lifeline Vascular Access' exclusive clinical training program has been shaped and guided by the wealth of both renal and interventional knowledge these trainers collectively offer.

Elizabeth Henson, R.N. (Liz) joined Lifeline Vascular Access in 2006. Liz brings 28 years of nursing experience, with the majority of that time dedicated to adult cardiology. Liz has served on the board of the American Heart Association for Titus County, Texas, has been an ACLS instructor and has been ACLS certified for over 24 years. She spent 4 years in adult oncology, 6 years in adult ICU/CCU, 4 years in ambulatory surgical centers (including the GI lab) and 12 years as Department Manager and Program Developer of an IV CHF infusion unit, coumadin clinic, cardiac and pulmonary rehab and diagnostic cardiac cath lab. Liz is extensively skilled and experienced in writing policy, procedures, protocol and training manuals.
Lisa Hayes, R.N. is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and most recently worked as a registered nurse in the Kidney & Hypertension Center, an Lifeline Vascular Access managed center. In 2007, Lisa joined Lifeline Vascular Access as a Nurse Trainer.
Lisa has over 8 years of experience in hemodialysis, including case management of hospital-based renal patients. She has served on several committees, including ones focused on education and quality assurance. Most recently she has served as Chairperson for an Operations Council committee.

Technical Trainers
J. Michael Moore, R.T.(R)(CV), Training Manager joined Lifeline Vascular Access in 2006. During his time thus far with Lifeline Vascular Access, Mike has been involved in opening over 40 new managed access centers. In 2007, he assumed the role of Manager of National Technical Training. Addiitionally, Mike also serves as the Corporate Radiation Safety Officer for Lifeline Vascular Access.
Mike previously served as the Supervisor of Interventional and Neuro-Vascular Radiology at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia for 16 years. He has been a certified cardiovascular technologist since 1992. He is also a member of the West Virginia Society of Radiologic Technologists (WVSRT) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Mike completed his radiology training in 1988 from the United States Air Force.
Ralph ‘Ed’ McCardle, R.T.(R) joined Lifeline Vascular Access in 2007. He graduated from the West Virginia University School of Radiology Technology in 1976 and was immediately employed in the Neuro-Vascular Interventional Speclal Procedures Department before joining Lifeline Vascular Access. While at the West Virginia University Hospital (WVUH), Ed was twice honored with the "Technologist of the Year" award from the School of Radiology Technology for outstanding instruction. He is a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT).
Traci Parker, R.T.(R) joined Lifeline Vascular Access in 2009. She graduated from the West Virginia School of Radiology as Class President in 2001. Prior to joining Lifeline Vascular Access, Traci worked at the West Virginia University Hospital in diagnostic and Neuro-Vascular Interventional Special Procedures. After re-locating to Michigan in 2007, Traci worked as a special procedures and cardiac cath lab technologist. She is a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and the Michigan Society of Radiologic Technologists (MSRT).

Christina Beale, R.N., C.N.N., Director, Outreach and Education, has over 20 years of nursing experience, including seven years in education and program development as well as quality management. For the last two year she has focused on vascular access education. Christina is a member of ANNA, NKF, ASDIN, AAKP and the Network 7 Advisory Committee. She describes herself as a passionate patient and dialysis caregiver advocate.
Diane Peck, R.N., C.N.N., Nurse Education Manager. Diane worked for 3 years in Critical Care prior to entering the world of nephrology. She has spent 29 years working in all modalities of dialysis including management and education. She is an active member of her local ANNA chapter education committee. She is a true patient advocate who never says "no" when it comes to working on a project related to CKD outcomes improvement.
John White, R.N., Nurse Education Manager, is the original Lifeline Vascular Access Educator and helped develop some of the first educational programs. He is a member of ANNA and ASDIN and is passionate about educating dialysis patients and caregivers. He is a vascular access expert and a champion of the importance of education in vascular access outcomes improvement.
