RMS Lifeline Inc.: Participation in a Growing Subspecialty

Through RMS Lifeline, nephrologists have the opportunity to train and work in a cutting-edge subspecialty area: Interventional Nephrology. A pioneer of Interventional Nephrology, Gerald A. Beathard, MD, PhD, directs the training and development programs for RMS Lifeline managed centers. Dr. Beathard and his team, including Aris Q. Urbanes, MD and Randall L. Rasmussen, MD, spend the time necessary, on site at each new center to lecture, demonstrate procedures, train physicians and prepare them for a rigorous certification exam with both didactic and practical components that meet the credentialing requirements established by the American Society of Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology.
