Biography: Randall L. Rasmussen, MD

Randall L. Rasmussen, MD joined RMS Lifeline in 2006 as Vice President Provider Relations. Prior to joining RMS Lifeline, Dr. Rasmussen served as founder, Medical Director and COO of Dialysis Access Center in Oakland, California.

Dr. Rasmussen has served as President and CEO of the East Bay Nephrology Medical Group, Inc. and has served on several hospital committees including most recently the Medical Executive Committee and Credentials Committee at the Alameda County Medical Center. Dr. Rasmussen has also served on the Medical Education Committee and the Vascular Access Committee at Alta Bates Hospital.

Dr. Rasmussen received his MD degree from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. He completed his Nephrology fellowship at the University of California in San Francisco at Moffit Hospital.
